蜜糖黃金蠔 Honey Oyster

 

年近歲晚,過年食品豐富但比較肥膩,我會同大家介紹些健康的烹調和甜品食譜,一齊過一個瘦身的肥年,預祝大家新春大吉,黃金滿屋!

         ~* 蜜糖黃金蠔 *~ Honey Oyster ~

黃金蠔在冬季由現在至農曆年時最當造,肉身肥美,在海味舖可買到。

簡單醃料:薑、米酒,蜜糖

Ingredients :  ginger,  rice wine,  honey

1)  將蠔以水浸軟,用水清洗乾淨後,備用。

1)  Soak and wash the oysters thoroughly.

2)  先把薑去皮磨碎薑蓉,再用手出力搾出薑汁,加入米酒,把蠔浸入薑汁和米酒醃30分鐘。

2)  Squeeze the ginger juice, mix with rice wine, and marinate the oysters for 30 minutes.

3)  準備蒸爐,把蠔和醃料蒸熟20分鐘。

3)  Steam the marinated oysters for 20 minutes.

4)  將蒸熟的蠔放在平底鍋,用慢火乾煎、烘乾。

4)  Sauté the oysters at low heat.

5)  最後加 2湯匙蜜糖拌勻。

5)  Add 2 tablespoons of honey and mix well.

6)  用慢火把蠔烘至乾身。

6)  Sauté the oysters at low heat until browned.

7)  上碟。
